CHACHAP is an innovative digital solution designed to modernize and simplify the intercity transportation ecosystem. The project is built around two complementary components aimed at improving the travel experience for passengers while optimizing the internal management of transport agencies.
The first component targets the general public. It addresses a common challenge in many African cities: long queues at transport agencies when purchasing travel tickets. Through the CHACHAP platform, users can easily search for available routes, compare schedules, and book or purchase their travel tickets online directly from their smartphones or computers. This solution saves valuable time, reduces unnecessary trips to transport agencies, and minimizes the stress often associated with last-minute departures. It also provides greater transparency regarding ticket prices, departure schedules, and seat availability.
The second component is designed primarily for transport agencies. CHACHAP offers them an integrated management system that centralizes and organizes all operational activities related to their business. The platform enables agencies to manage ticket sales, departure schedules, bus and passenger records, as well as logistical and financial data. By centralizing these operations within a single digital system, agencies benefit from improved data traceability, more efficient information processing, and analytical tools that support better strategic decision-making.
Beyond its technological impact, CHACHAP also aims to contribute to socio-economic development. The project plans to create approximately 50 jobs for young Cameroonians during its first year of operation, promoting youth employment, digital innovation, and sustainable economic growth.

Eco-Friendly Hair Extensions
Eco-Friendly Hair Extensions
By Havila · Côte d'Ivoire

Siboré is an entrepreneurial and environmental initiative led by Koumen Fatou Emilienne that transforms banana agricultural waste into biodegradable hair fibers used for wigs, braids, and extensions. In Côte d’Ivoire, the largest banana producer in West Africa, thousands of banana trunks are abandoned or burned after each harvest, despite being rich in valuable natural fibers. At the same time, the African hair industry relies heavily on imported synthetic hair made from plastic, which generates large amounts of non-biodegradable waste and contributes to environmental pollution.
To address this dual ecological and economic challenge, Siboré offers an innovative solution: transforming banana fibers into natural, sustainable hair extensions adapted to the needs of the African market. The project is based on a circular economy model that turns abundant agricultural waste into a valuable and environmentally responsible product.
At the heart of this initiative are rural women’s cooperatives trained in extracting and preparing banana fibers. Today, Siboré collaborates with five cooperatives representing around 75 women producers. The fibers are purchased at 1,500 CFA francs per kilogram, creating an additional source of income while promoting women’s economic empowerment.
Siboré’s ambition is to industrialize this innovation, build a sustainable value chain around banana fiber, and launch a digital platform connecting fiber producers, hairstylists, and consumers. Through this vision, Siboré aims to transform agricultural waste into a sustainable hair industry that creates jobs, protects the environment, and generates strong social impact for African communities.

Hope for Haiti
Hope for Haiti
By Ariana · Haïti

In response to the humanitarian crisis currently affecting Haiti, I chose to take a different path. Instead of presenting a traditional business or investment project, I decided to dedicate the 10 million allocated to me to a more urgent and humanitarian cause: supporting victims of violence and internally displaced people.
In many areas of Haiti, particularly in the capital Port-au-Prince and surrounding communities, thousands of families have been forced to flee their homes due to insecurity and armed violence. Many of them are now living in temporary shelters or extremely difficult conditions. Some families no longer have reliable access to food, others cannot obtain basic healthcare, and many children have been forced to stop going to school.
With these 10 million, my objective is to provide direct and practical support to the most vulnerable populations. This initiative aims to distribute food supplies to families who have nothing left to eat, facilitate access to medical care for the sick and injured, and provide essential items such as medicines, clothing, hygiene kits, and school supplies for displaced children.
Beyond material support, this initiative also sends a message of solidarity, compassion, and hope to the Haitian people. It reminds us that in times of human suffering, our priority should always be to help those who need it most.
Rather than building a project for my personal benefit, I chose to invest in humanity, dignity, and the survival of people who have lost everything because of the crisis.

KODOL
KODOL
By SheisSnaissa · Mali

KODOL is a technological innovation designed to sustainably transform the agropastoral sector in Africa by addressing a major challenge: livestock management and recurring conflicts between herders and farmers. In many regions, uncontrolled livestock movement leads to crop destruction, significant economic losses, and sometimes violent clashes between communities.
The KODOL project offers a modern solution based on a connected device in the form of a smart collar placed on livestock. This collar is connected to a digital platform that allows herders to locate and monitor their animals in real time. With this technology, herders can guide their livestock toward suitable grazing areas and available water points while avoiding farmland.
This approach helps prevent livestock from entering cultivated fields, thereby reducing tensions between farmers and herders. By improving herd management, KODOL also helps secure farmers’ harvests, protect rural livelihoods, and promote peaceful coexistence between different actors in rural communities.
Beyond conflict prevention, KODOL also delivers economic and environmental benefits. The solution optimizes herders’ working time, reduces agricultural losses, and encourages a more efficient and responsible use of natural resources such as water and grazing land.
Through this innovation, KODOL contributes to sustainable and inclusive development by leveraging technology to improve agricultural productivity, strengthen community security, and support long-term social stability in agropastoral regions across Africa.

The Maj-Creativity project proposes an innovative smart electric mobility solution aimed at addressing transportation challenges faced by many African cities and several regions around the world. Currently, transportation systems in many areas still rely heavily on gasoline-powered motorcycles, leading to several major issues such as high fuel costs, energy dependency, environmental pollution, and limited access to solutions adapted to local realities. In many regions, limited access to electricity also makes the development of electric mobility difficult.
To address these challenges, Maj-Creativity is developing a new generation of smart electric motorcycles designed to be accessible, secure, and adapted to the needs of African communities. Each motorcycle is equipped with an intelligent GPS system that allows real-time vehicle tracking. This technology improves security in case of theft, enables parental control for young riders, and simplifies fleet management for transportation and delivery companies.
A key innovation of the project is the integration of a portable solar charging kit, allowing the motorcycles to be recharged almost anywhere, even in areas where access to electricity is limited. This solution promotes energy independence for users while reducing charging costs.
The project also introduces smart connected helmets capable of encouraging and verifying helmet use before the motorcycle starts, contributing to improved road safety.
Several models are planned to meet different user needs: a model designed for students, one for university users, a national model for the general public, and a delivery model designed for professional and logistics activities. Through this initiative, Maj-Creativity aims to reduce transportation costs, promote clean energy, and position Niger and Africa as major contributors to global technological innovation.

Emmanuel Joel is a young autistic man living in Agege, Lagos, Nigeria. His life story reflects resilience, responsibility, and determination despite extremely difficult circumstances.
From an early age, Emmanuel has faced challenges that many people would struggle to overcome. His father is blind and relies heavily on him for daily support. When Emmanuel was still a child, his mother left the family because she could not cope with raising a child with autism. Since then, Emmanuel and his father have depended on each other to survive.
Despite these hardships, Emmanuel refused to give up on building a better future. He began learning shoemaking from a local craftsman and gradually developed valuable skills in the trade. However, the environment where he currently works is extremely challenging. The small and poorly maintained workspace limits both production and learning opportunities.
Shoemaking has become more than just a profession for Emmanuel. It represents dignity, independence, and a way to support his blind father while building a sustainable livelihood.
This project aims to support Emmanuel in establishing a proper shoemaking workshop equipped with adequate tools, materials, and a safe working environment. With improved resources, Emmanuel will be able to increase production and generate stable income.
Beyond supporting Emmanuel, the workshop will also function as a small vocational training center. It will provide autistic youth with the opportunity to learn shoemaking and acquire practical skills that promote independence.
In many African communities, autistic individuals face stigma, misunderstanding, and limited access to employment. This project seeks to create a space where autistic youth can develop skills, confidence, and hope for a more independent future.

Mechanized Agroecological Farm
Mechanized Agroecological Farm
By Brashad · Togo

The project aims to develop an integrated agrobusiness farm combining agroecological vegetable production and small ruminant farming. For several years, we have produced high-demand crops such as tomatoes, lettuce, okra, chili peppers, and peanuts, contributing to local market supply and food security.
Faced with the challenges of the Togolese agricultural sector — low mechanization, limited productivity, youth unemployment, and soil degradation — the project adopts a sustainable, circular approach. Crop residues will feed livestock, while animal waste will be converted into compost to enrich the soil. The acquisition of a multipurpose tractor will facilitate heavy tasks, increase cultivated areas, and improve farm profitability.
Innovative agroecological practices will be implemented, including organic fertilization, crop rotation and intercropping, optimized irrigation, and natural pest control. The project will create approximately 30 direct jobs for young people and implement a practical agrobusiness training program. Over 200 youths will gain skills in vegetable production, livestock management, farm operations, product processing, and marketing strategies.
In the medium and long term, the farm aims to become a sustainable and replicable model in Togo, demonstrating that modern, mechanized, and environmentally friendly agriculture can drive employment, food security, and agricultural entrepreneurship. This initiative represents a genuine agricultural revolution, inspiring new entrepreneurial dynamics and establishing itself as a national and regional reference for integrated agrobusiness.
